I had a large chip in my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment and get the chip fixed all in the same day. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. They explained the process of what was happening any cautions that could occur. At the end of the process, I could not find where the original chip was! I know where the fixed chip is at but do not notice it unless I am looking in the right light and angle. Safelite in Henderson did wonders! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here!
I just had the windshield replaced in my wife's car, and I couldn't be happier with the service. There was a snafu before the install - the first windshield had a chip in the bottom (that would have been invisible), but this company had the integrity to tell me that there was an issue, and they'd rather reschedule than take a chance of having a possible bad experience. I really appreciated that. First, that they were honest, and second, that they didn't want me to have to deal with bad quality. That's how you do business. I can tell you that I'm writing an excellent review for them because I appreciate their honesty, their integrity, and I can also say that they perform their work with excellence (the install was flawless!).
