Lost my hubcap called and went down there..owner said he would buy new one.never called or make attempted to help me..within weeks my car lost there quarts of oil.mom bought me 4 oil changes.he wanted 35 dollars to puy synthetic oil in my car extra.oil put in my car leaked out the exhaust.i new high mileage oil wouldn't work. Only put synthetic oil in my car. Never had problems till i went in his business.problem i fixed by putting synthetic oil in my car
Have been using Purcell Tire in Henderson for a couple years & habe had the best experience. Reasonably priced & everyone is so friendly.
Took two low profile tires in to have mounted and balanced. We were told it would cost $25. Once we went to pick them up, they told me that they couldn't mount one of them due to broken belts (it was a brand new tire), the valve stem was bent(brand new also), and price was $25/each. So they ruined my tire and didn't tell me. They kept my chrome valve stem. And charged me double!!
Allright work but you tell them you want something done! And they do extra stuff and obviously charge you for it.
I've had good visits & very cranky one's.
