I was having a tire repaired, My appointment was at 1pm,I got there at 12:45 and they took my car back. I waited until 1:45 and ask how much longer it would be , he came out and wanted to show me something said because it had a plug in it they could not repair it. That is upsetting but they have rules so ok. The problem I had that after I asked how much longer it would be within 5 min they came out with not doing it. My time is as important as theirs. I will not be going back to best one.
