Gonna start my new year off by cancelling my subscription. Here it is 4:00p.m. and my paper has not come and I'm sure they could care less! That's the problem with this rag. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time. In a few years when they go out of business I'm sure they will be wondering why. It's too bad they don't have fractional stars, because they don't even rate a one star. Sign me, one fed up subscriber. Oh, and by the way don't call yourself a morning paper because 8,9,10:00 a.m. is too late OR whenever they decide to bring it!
