I have spoken with the owner before when she was not pleasant to me then. Now the owner has "fired" my mom - age 80 with joint replacements - from this membership for "being slow". My mom told anyone if they were being held up, that they could go around her or she would get off the machine and wait for the person to go thru. I doubt if my mother was causing a big problem for this franchise. The owner lost my mom as a customer + another very influential person. They both joined another franchise location. I called the corporate office; the franchise is within their rights to fire my mother, but I think that this act speaks for itself. Disgusting.
